This course is designed to help people develop three key leadership qualities that will strengthen any team and build respect for a person who is a ‘GEM’. Psychologist Eve Ash explains how you can be a GEM at work and create value. Learn the three GEM qualities. GIVERS – people who go above and beyond the call of duty because they thrive on giving their best. They ENHANCE mundane tasks and frequently ignite new ideas and approaches. Above all, they inspire and MOTIVATE everyone to do their best, often by sheer example.
