Description

Expertise Managing Multiple Sites is a course that will assist managers and leaders working with offices and staff in remote working arrangements and in different locations. Organizations with multiple sites present a significant management challenge, because even though they are in different locations, the different sites all form part of the same business and must all be managed to ensure compliance, consistency and high standards. In this course Suzanne Dvorak, a former CEO of a health organization, discusses with psychologist Eve Ash her experience of successfully managing multiple sites using a devolved or overlapping management structure and specific strategies and policies for compliance, performance and brand consistency.
