Description

This course shows how all staff and managers must be responsible for the consequences of their actions and ethical principles need to be demonstrated from the top down. Organizations with codes of compliance and ethical principles are outperforming their competitors. People are happier working for such companies and they attract greater brand loyalty in line with personal values. Every business needs standards for acceptable professional behaviors to enable teams to operate effectively and cohesively. Ethical companies have clearly stated principles that can be followed by everyone in the organization. In this course psychologists Peter Quarry and Eve Ash discuss the importance of ethical behavior at work and you will learn about how to identify and deal with unethical behavior which can damage your organization’s reputation and even risk lives.
