Description

People are motivated at work for different reasons. It might be making more money, or the chance of a promotion, or the benefits of frequent travel, or meeting new people, or simply doing a good job. If you are motivated your work is more enjoyable. In this dramatized video case study people describe what motivates and de-motivates them at work. The manager, Marcus uses gimmicks to present his motivational concepts. Team leader Carol is a high achiever, and returns to the office pumped after receiving an award. Marcus sets a demanding challenge to motivate Carol to increase productivity in six months, so Carol must now motivate her team.
