Description

Understanding Gen Z is a course designed to provide insights into Generation Z, also known as Gen Z, iGen or centennials, who were born between 1996 and 2010. They have lived their entire lives fully connected digitally and their identity has been shaped by the digital age. However, Gen Z have also grown up in a volatile global environment with wars, financial crises and a pandemic. They are advocates for social justice, economic and gender equity and are concerned about environmental and climate issues. They value self-care and want to use their time and energy in positive ways. In this course psychologist Peter Quarry provides some insights into Gen Zers – their preferences, strengths, motivations and challenges.
