Description

Some workplaces can be intimidating and unfriendly, unfair or unsafe. All workplaces have a culture that shapes how things get done, how people interact and engage with each other, and what is appropriate and acceptable behavior. This course explains the four key attributes for all team members to ensure a safe harmonious atmosphere where collaboration thrives. In this course psychologist Eve Ash explains what it means to have a FAIR workplace culture – Friendly, Accepting, Impartial and Respectful.
