Seven Dimensions Terms and Conditions

Welcome to 7dlearn.com, a website owned by Seven Dimensions Pty Ltd (7D) a company registered in Victoria, Australia since 1979.

We are a learning provider offering 500 interactive video-based learning courses on a fee basis - purchasing credits or subscription. These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your access to and use of our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Provisions

a. Scope. These Terms apply to all users of 7D's services, including but not limited to individuals, businesses, education and government organizations.

b. Modifications. 7D reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

c. Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

2. Customer Interactions

a. Browsing. Customers can browse our extensive range of interactive learning programs and select titles of interest. Once logged in they can preview a course for 2 minutes.

b. Payment Options. We offer three options for purchase and use:

A credit system where you can purchase bundles of credits and select and use courses on the 7dlearn.com platform.
A subscription model with options for duration and numbers of people where licences enable users to select and use courses on the 7dlearn.com platform.
A licence to download a course or courses for an organization's server for a period of time.

c. Credits

Customers seeking to buy credits will be directed to a form to order credits and complete the transaction using a credit card.
Credits are valid for two years and will be automatically renewed for a further two years with any new purchase of credits.
Automatic reminders will be sent 2 months, 1 month and 7 days prior to the expiry date.
Once chosen and paid for, the titles will be added to the customer's library.

3. Payment and Credits

Payments can be made via credit card. 7D accepts all major credit cards.
Credits purchased are non-refundable and must be used within the validity period specified.
Credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.

4. User Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
Customers should notify 7D immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.
Customers agree to use 7D services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Customers shall not misuse 7D services or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our services is the property of 7D or its licensors.
Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content.
Customers shall not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer. The 7D courses offer practical information and helpful strategies. However, the producers and consultants are not responsible for any actions or outcomes resulting from their use.

Interruption or errors. 7D provides services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Termination

Customers may terminate their account at any time by contacting 7D.
7D reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violation of these Terms.
