Negotiating Workplace Rights: Unions and Collective Bargaining
Sometimes workers and management don’t see eye to eye on what happens in the workplace. Unions are a way for a group of workers to speak to their employers with a collective voice, and to negotiate workplace agreements. These ‘Collective Bargaining Agreements’ aim to regulate workplace issues such as working hours and conditions, workers' pay and benefits.
